NingBo HeLi Machinery Co.,Ltd was found in 1994, which is an multiple enterprise in machinery product design, manufacture and invention. We use CAD/CAM/CAE design sofewares such as UG/PRO/ENGINEER,CIMATRON, simulate and analyze the process of the product design and production to improve its quality according to the APQP and the FMEA. The number of engineers and technicians accounts for 20% in the co***ny . More over, it has more than 100 sets mechanical equipments such as imported machining center , turing center and numerical control lathe, whole sets of nice inspect and simulate experiment equipments.
The co***ny mainly produce automatic brake adjuster, t he air drift disc brake (both of them obtain national patent),storage spring brake chamber, transmission shaft and other exported vehicle parts; most products are exported to the European countries and USA. The automatic brake adjusters have already been produced on a large scale with two production lines --- about 400,000 sets every year. They are mainly supplied for XiaMen King Long United Automotive Industry Co.., DongFeng Axle Co.,Ltd, AnHui AnKai FuTian ShuGuang Axle Co.,Ltd, AuHui JiangHuai Motor Co.,Ltd replacing the imported products completely. The parts of vehicle transmission and braking system for DongFeng HangZhou Motor Co.,Ltd make us get the qualification of free inspection from them. We also get the honour of contract-stressing , promise-keeping unit , actual strength and AAA grade enterprise awarded by NingBo city and XiangShan County . Beside these , we have passed the TS16949 quality system standard in order to exploiting the international market.
